16 LDPE pipe and fittings are an ideal method of transporting water over longer distances ( up to 50 metres) The pipe is soft and easy to puncture so that adapters can be used to reduce down in size to 6mm pip which can then be run in lengths of up to 15 meters or a maximum of 20 2 lph drippers.
The pipe is about the size of an armored cable and can be clipped to walls or staked to the ground. It is best to route the pipe at low level or under the house eaves if convienient and then run to the basket or container using the 6 mm pipe and fittings
