Please read the following carefully. By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of Earth Systems Limited easy-irrigation.co.uk website.

1. Descriptions, Prices and Information

When adding products to the website, we take care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. We provide you with product information on easy-irrigation.co.uk or by our Customer Service telephone staff. All prices displayed are correct at time of entry, and what the law calls an "invitation to treat". You cannot insist that a shop sells you anything at a marked price, whether or not they have made a mistake. Under law, a retailer is entitled to decide the price he wants to charge for his goods. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to proceed with the order. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy.

In the same way you don't have to buy goods from anyone, a retailer is under no obligation to sell you anything.

1.1 VAT

All prices are expressed inclusive of any UK VAT.

1.2 Remittance Terms

Please note that for administrative reasons, we cannot take deposits or hold goods without payment in full. Your credit/debit card is charged in full at the time of order.

2. Stock Availability

We try to ensure that we always carry sufficient stock levels where possible. Where a product is despatched directly from a manufacturer, we may need to contact them first to confirm availability. If an item is knowingly out of stock it will be labeled as such on the easy-irrigation.co.uk website. If for any other reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are contacted to see if there is a suitable alternative and if not to refund the amount back to the card used

3. Site Registration

To purchase from the easy-irrigation.co.uk website, you must setup a website user account. This is simple to do, allows you to keep track of your purchases, and ensures a positive buying experience.

You will need to enter a valid email address which we can contact you on, and provide a password. We ask you to keep this secure - our staff do not have access to see this. If you forget your password, you can reset it.

Please keep your account updated with current information so that we can process your request quickly. Registration of multiple email addresses that relate to the same person or property will be deemed to be outside of our trading terms and conditions. Multiple registration to place multiple orders or to be place orders because account is on hold will be deemed as fraud and as such will not be eligible to warranty claims etc.

4. Completed orders and payments

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, UK Maestro, Switch, and Visa Electron. If you are shopping from a non-UK country, please place your order in the normal way, and your credit card company will convert the order to your currency.

4.2 Tax

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price displayed. Exports out of the EU will have UK vat removed in the checkout however duty at you local rate maybe applicable.

4.3 Card Security

All our credit card, debit card and paypal transaction are processed via Sagepay or Secure Trading (Payment Service Provider). All credit card information is collected on their secure server and authorization for the transaction is transmitted back to us as a unique transaction reference number. At no point do we or any of our staff have access to this information

5 Order cancelation

An order cancelation can only take place if an item has not been despatched. If an item has been despatched in good faith, this will then be classed as a return.
