LDPE Water Pipe
LDPE pipe or low density polyethylene water pipe is suitable for on surface or just below the surface installation. The pipe has a thin wall which is 4 bar rated. The wall is 1.2 mm in thickness and this allows a greater internal diameter which will keep pipe friction to a minimum. This is not suitable for deeper installation as stones make cut a puncture the pipe when the weight of the soil above compresses
Low density Polyethylene pipe is suitable for use with all pipe fittings. Thats compression Tavlit Nut Lock and barbed fittings. Barbed fittings are available for LDPE pipe diameters 16mm, 20mm, 25mm and 32mm. Tavlit Nut Lock fittings are available for LDPE pipe diameters 16mm, 20mm and 25mm. Compression fittings are available for LDPE pipe diameter 20mm, 25mm and 32 mm
