Eindor 6mm Pipe Adapter to Eindor Fitting
The Eindor pipe adapter is used to insert in to the LDPE supply pipe. The barbed section is broader and the Eindor end is a female Eindor. You would punch a 3mm hole using a pipe punch in to the LDPE pipe which could have a diameter of 16 - 20- 25 or 32mm just so long as it is LDPE pipe. LDPE pipe has a thinner wall than MDPE pipe and has a pressure rating of 4 bar. Once inserted in to the pipe you can use any Eindor male fitting to connect sprinklers etc to the pipe or remote from the LDPE pipe using a 6mm pipe
- Used to connect in to the LDPE pipe and leaves a female Eindor
- Made in Greece
- UV Stabilised
- Once fitted 6 bar rated
This fitting is used to tap in to a supply tube which would normally be 16 or 20 mm outside diameter. This will then receive the Eindor type fitting which will push inside this fitting making a perfectly waterproof seal which can be removed and capped when not required
Eindor fittings are a simple to use push fit adapters to route the 6mm water pipe. As a general rule the 6mm pipe can be run in lengths up to 20 metres before the pressure reduction caused by friction inside the pipe has any dramatic effect. Up to 20 drippers running at 2l/h can be run from one 6mm run. Multiple runs can be installed in either 16 or 20mm supply pipes.
